Street of Dreams Custom Home at Cresap Summit

Cresap Summit was the site of our very successful 2010 Street of Dreams project where both our homes sold prior to the show.  Currently, we are building a 3800 square foot contemporary home on a 9500 sqare foot lot.  The home includes 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 2 powder bathrooms.  The functional space and design flow includes fabulous covered porches that extend to outdoor living space, and follows today's modern day concept of the "Great Room."  The home's contemporary design is in alignment with the neighborhood's existing architecture.  Stay tuned for progress pictures...

Fairmont Remodel

We're currently remodeling a 1920s home in Fairmont and increasing the total living space from 3500 to 4000 square feet.  The complete remodel includes tearing the home down "to the studs."   The current style is a Tudor cottage that will be transformed with very contemporary updates.  Features include new stairways, improved functionality, and a modern day design flow.  Guests will feel right at home with a bathroom included within every bedroom.  When completed, this home will be transformed into a "Karey House" with all the spaces and functionality of a modern home.  Progress pictures coming soon...
